COA ONTARIO CHAPTERS
Condo Owners Association Ontario is a registered non-profit volunteer organization with the Ontario Government and is at the helm of the Association. The Association is comprised of Chapters across the Province; example the Toronto Chapter. Each of these Chapters includes Local Chapters that are parallel to the Political Provincial Ridings in that Municipality. This structure will allow the Local Chapter to have the support of their local Counsellor, MPP and MP for each of these Ridings. The COA Association main headquarters is located in Local Chapter Trinity Spadina considering it is the original birthplace of COA and the beginning of tradition and support. The growth of the Condo Owners Association (COA) Ontario has established Chapters to represent all areas of our communities throughout the Province and oversees Chapter Toronto and Mississauga. There are thousands of Condominiums and hundreds of new high rise Condominium growth. Construction continues at an excessive speed with new developments springing up throughout the Province. The birthplace and vision for COA began in Toronto's Trinity-Spadina riding with our first Board of Directors and with the vision and full support of Rosario Marchese, MPP. The necessity to represent the vast majority of Condo Owners province wide became apparent as Bill 186, representing changes in the Condo Act as presented by Rosario outlined extremely vital issues relating to Condominiums. Rosario continues to offer his support as an Ad-Hoc member of COA.
