There are number issues affecting condo ownership and Condo Corporations.  It is becoming increasingly difficult for Condo Corporations to keep maintenance fees at a low when operating budgets are challenged with HST, green energy incentives, unavailable warranty coverages, premature deterioration and/or unavailable funding for special projects.  The government needs to recognize condominium structures and impliment special benefits and/or exemptions.  Owners are at a loss and unfortunately without some mechanism issues cannot be addressed.  COA represents Condo Owners across the Province to lobby for positive and beneficial changes.
